الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بك في متجر بختري. باستخدامك هذا الموقع أو إجراء أي عملية شراء، فإنك توافقين على الالتزام بالشروط التالية. يُرجى قراءتها قبل الشراء.

1. هويّتنا

بختري لأعمال التطريز والخياطة — منشأة مهنية مرخّصة في دولة قطر.

2. استخدام الموقع

بدخولك الموقع أو الشراء منه توافقين على جميع الشروط والسياسات المنشورة. وإن لم توافقي، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام الموقع.

3. الأهلية

يجب أن تكوني قد بلغتِ السن القانوني في دولة إقامتك، أو لديك موافقة وليّ الأمر.

4. المنتجات

نقدّم نوعين: عبايات جاهزة بمقاسات محددة، وعبايات مفصّلة على مقاسات العميلة.
العبايات الجاهزة متاحة وفق توفر الكمية.
المفصّل على المقاس يُخاط بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام مقاساتك، ويخضع لمدة التنفيذ المعلنة.
قد تختلف درجة اللون قليلاً بين الصور والقطعة الفعلية بسبب إعدادات الشاشة وطبيعة الأقمشة، ولا يُعدّ ذلك عيباً.
يحق لبختري تعديل أو إيقاف عرض أي منتج في أي وقت.

5. الطلبات والدفع

يحق لبختري رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب، مع إعادة المبلغ كاملاً عند الإلغاء من طرفنا.
قد يُلغى الطلب عند وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المنتج.
يجب إدخال بيانات صحيحة ومحدَّثة لإتمام الطلب.
الدفع عبر الموقع: يُدفع كامل المبلغ عند إتمام الشراء.
الدفع في المعارض والمحل: يمكن الدفع بعربون قدره 50% ويُسدَّد الباقي عند الاستلام أو قبل الشحن. لا تُسلَّم القطعة قبل سداد كامل المبلغ.

6. الأسعار

جميع الأسعار بالريال القطري وقابلة للتغيير. وإذا حدث خطأ تقني أو بشري واضح في السعر، نتواصل معك قبل التنفيذ لتأكيد الطلب بالسعر الصحيح أو إلغائه واسترداد ما دفعتِه.

7. الإلغاء

العبايات الجاهزة بدون تعديل : يمكن الإلغاء قبل الشحن مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.
المفصّل على المقاس أو الجاهز المعدل : يمكن الإلغاء خلال 48 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب. بعدها يكون القماش قد قُصّ ولا يمكن الإلغاء.
الطلبات خارج الخليج: يحق لك الإلغاء واسترداد كامل المبلغ إذا لم يناسبك سعر الشحن الدولي المعروض عليك.

8. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع جميع الطلبات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المنشورة على الموقع، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصاميم والصور والشعارات والمحتوى المعروض على الموقع ملك لبختري، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها أو إعادة نشرها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن خطي.

10. الاستخدام الممنوع

يُمنع استخدام الموقع في أي نشاط غير قانوني، أو التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو نشر محتوى مسيء أو مضلل، أو محاولة اختراق الموقع أو تعطيله.

11. آراء العميلات والمحتوى المُرسَل

يحق لبختري نشر التقييمات والصور التي ترسلينها طوعاً على الموقع أو حساباتنا، ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت بمراسلتنا.

12. المسؤولية

نبذل أقصى جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات وجودة المنتجات. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع، دون أن يخلّ ذلك بحقوقك المقررة في قانون حماية المستهلك القطري.

13. تعديل الشروط

يحق لبختري تعديل هذه الشروط، وتُطبَّق النسخة المنشورة وقت إتمام الطلب.

14. القانون والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص محاكم دولة قطر بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

15. لغة الشروط

حُرّرت هذه الشروط باللغة العربية، والنص العربي هو المعتمد عند أي اختلاف مع أي ترجمة.

Welcome to the Bakatri store. By using this website or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Who We Are
Bakatri for Embroidery and Tailoring — a licensed professional establishment in the State of Qatar.

2. Use of the Website
By accessing or purchasing from the website, you agree to all published terms and policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

3. Eligibility
You must have reached the legal age in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Products

We offer two types: ready-made abayas in fixed sizes, and abayas tailored to the customer's measurements.
Ready-made abayas are available subject to stock availability.
Made-to-measure items are sewn after the order is confirmed and your measurements are received, and are subject to the stated production time.
Color shades may vary slightly between the photographs and the actual item due to screen settings and the nature of the fabrics; this is not considered a defect.
Bakatri reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

Bakatri reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund where the cancellation is made by us.
An order may be cancelled in the event of a pricing error or if the product is out of stock.
Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided to complete an order.
Payment via the website: the full amount is payable at checkout.
Payment at exhibitions and at the shop: a deposit of 50% may be paid, with the balance settled upon collection or before shipping. No item is released before the full amount has been paid.

6. Prices
All prices are in Qatari Riyals and are subject to change. If a clear technical or human pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding, either to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it and refund what you have paid.

7. Cancellation

Ready-made abayas without alterations: may be cancelled before shipping, with a full refund.
Made-to-measure items, or ready-made items with alterations: may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After that, the fabric will have been cut and cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders outside the Gulf: you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund if the international shipping cost quoted to you is not acceptable.

8. Returns and Exchanges
All orders are subject to the Returns and Exchange Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content displayed on the website are the property of Bakatri and may not be used, copied, or republished for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use
The website may not be used for any unlawful activity, for infringing intellectual property rights, for publishing offensive or misleading content, or for attempting to hack or disrupt the website.

11. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Bakatri may publish reviews and photographs that you voluntarily send on the website or on our social media accounts; you may request their removal at any time by contacting us.

12. Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and the quality of our products. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, without prejudice to your rights under Qatari consumer protection law.

13. Amendment of the Terms
Bakatri reserves the right to amend these terms; the version published at the time the order is completed shall apply.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Language of the Terms
These terms were drafted in Arabic, and the Arabic text shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with any translation.
